Recruitment Procedure
1. Documents Required (All Countries)
For recruitment from Nepal, the following original documents are required from the client, as per government regulations:
Demand Letter – specifying the manpower requirement.
Power of Attorney – authorizing the recruitment agency to act on behalf of the employer.
Employment Agreement Contract – detailing the terms and conditions of employment.
Agreement between the Company and Government of Country (GOC) – outlining mutual obligations.
Guarantee Letter – ensuring compliance with Nepalese labor laws and ethical recruitment standards.
Note: Sample copies of these documents can be provided upon request.
These documents must be duly attested by:
Chamber of Commerce
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Nepal Embassy (in the respective country)
For the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, additional documents are required:
Visa Bank Slip
Consulate Authorization Letter (Wakala)
Commercial Registration Copy
2. Recruitment Approval & Interview
Once the original recruitment documents are received, we submit an application to the Ministry of Labor, Nepal for approval to initiate the recruitment process. By law, the recruitment must also be advertised in a national newspaper to ensure transparency.
Interview Process:
After receiving approval, interviews can be arranged within 7 days from the date of document submission. This ensures candidates are selected promptly and in accordance with client requirements.
3. Medical Test & Visa Processing
All selected candidates undergo a medical examination at government-authorized medical centers. Only candidates who are medically fit and available for travel are processed for visa issuance. This ensures the health and safety of both the candidates and the host country.
4. Immigration Clearance & Deployment
After obtaining the visa, candidates must attend a mandatory orientation program at a government-approved institute. The orientation provides essential information about the host country, workplace culture, and their rights and responsibilities.
Once the orientation is successfully completed, the recruitment agency applies for the candidate’s immigration clearance or final exit permit. Upon approval of the exit permit, candidates are deployed according to the client’s scheduled requirements.
